During spring we tend to see more properties ready for sale clients then any other time of the year. Sometimes window cleaning may not be the first thing to be looked at and we often receive last minute requests the day before a photographer is due to come out or the day before a house open. Clean windows allow more light into a property and allows potential buyers to enjoy the views fully. In the current real estate market, first impressions are important.
